customer service was great

Great customer service, I've been getting the Hemper Box for almost a year. First time having a piece come broken, and it took them less then a day to get back and resolve the issue!

Great service! Answered my email super fast to help out when my Chronic Hemperbong arrived damaged and already have a new one on the way within 2 days. Very thankful for the assistance and hope to continue to love the Hemper boxes!

These are great pieces and look forward to seeing the new theme each month. Customer Service told me to add the insurance & I've never had a problem since with lost or damaged glass.

I ordered the February Hemper box for my wife and she absolutely loved it. We are always happy with the surprises in the boxes and items we order from Hemper. Patrick is a good guy and an even better customer service representative. The clipper lighter that was in our box was not working so he sent us a pack of 2 to replace the one. He’s very friendly and knows how to treat a customer. Just what you would expect from a great customer service representative. We will always support Hemper and are glad to be part of the Hemper family. Thanks again.

Good product

I love the fast service on this site, online headshops can't be any better, I didn't receive my monthly order of 420 solution, and without any hurdles, Hemper sends me a replacement bottle, thx Patrick for the great customer service.
