had a product that was damaged in delivery got in touch with customer service team after a short time got the response that was unexpected .my door bell rang it was usps with a duplicate box i was floored.i expected customer service but not at that level.thank you hemper for living up to your reputation for product and now customer service.oh thanks jesse.

Have had a subscription to the box they have and it's amazing the quality that they put out is so awesome and detailed and small ways like the turtle rig I have the turtle is smiling so awesome and had an order with issues and the customer service department took care if all of it really quickly and was so patient with me when figuring out the setting up my box subscription ship dates it was so nice of them recommended them have like 8 of their rigs/bongs they are awesome

I had bought a rig recently that had an unfortunate accident while being shipped by the post office. But getting it replaced was not a problem thanks to insuring the purchase and Hemper's awesomely helpful customer service! Hemper got a new rig out to me immediately. I look forward to making another purchase from Hemper!

They are wonderful the fist box I got from them piece was broken they took no time at all to send out a replacement and the other goodies in the box gives you a chance to try something different like never would have got those cone things myself but now that I had the opportunity to try them they are pretty cool looking forward to the next Hemper box I get
