Hello and good afternoon, Being completely honest, this was my first purchase from you. The items were delivered / shipped back to you guys, and I still have not received them. Coming from a customer service / call center background, it would've been greatly appreciated if at least overnight / 1 day or even 2 day shipping was offered by you guys. So no, not completely satisfied, and not to "Karen" out, but Annette replied in a prompt manner: 8 out 10. Overall experience (so far): 5 out of 10 (lets see when the items get here, if they do!) I'm not sure what I was doing and ended up having 3 accounts open at the same time. They weeded tthrough the mess and gfigured it out so I wasnt getting 3 of the same objects
