They sent me an email that my points were about to expire. I had over 2k points. Went to log in to use my points or buy something so they didn't expire...too late. And was told there was nothing they could do about it because they had no control over the points system. So, they will be quick to take money from you, but spend more, or you lose all your accumulated points.

Even if you cancel your Hemper subscription box they'll resubscribe you without your knowledge.

Honestly felt as if I had to prompt work to be done, I had to email them to find out the address they had was not working. I should have been made aware of that issue INSTANTLY. After providing the correct address, I did not get notification of any change in the status of my order until, yet again, I emailed Sandi. Funny enough, first thing in the morning the next day I get a notification, and later in the afternoon I got an email from her saying the situation was resolved. I’m not even upset that it’s only coming a whole week late because of this, I am irked that I had to be so proactive for a job that’s not mine.

Hemper took so long to get back to me I went to bed. Never got to talk to anyone.

This company has THE WORST policies in place. These policies do not allow for technical errors to be fixed. I placed an order with HEMPER in November and they have continued to charge me for a subscription I never signed up for. They gave me no proof of signing up and actually admitted that I did not have an account with them. I was charged $40.38 two times without placing an order. Hemper continued to place orders and bill the card I used one time for a previous purchase. I used to be a long time customer of HEMPER since 2019 but I will never shop here again and I will never suggest this business to anyone else. HEMPER STOLE MONEY FROM ME AND REFUSES TO GIVE IT BACK.

Nothing is fixed!! Customer service is awful! I am canceling . I signed up for a subscription box for 6 months you have sent me 2 of the same boxes each month for April and may and now it says I only have 2 boxes left when in reality I should be good until October. No thanks to Sandi she has screwed my account up resolved nothing I have asked for calls from a supervisor shit a call from ANYONE would be nice to resolve what your rep messed up!

Customer service didn't resolve anything I haven't received 4 boxes that I've paid for when I haven't had any problem for years with packages being delivered. Now I'm out A lot of money due to hemper being incompetent and they didn't even try to fix the issue at all. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone at this point as they are just scamming people out of their hard earned money while shutting down the best way to contact them. Truly an awful experience. (The date isn't accurate as there's 4 dates I never received my package and multiple other dates where customer service sucked)
