Really frustrated at being constantly spammed by Hemper without the email providing any opportunity to unsubscribe. Setting sign up to the website as an automatic subscription to daily marketing spam and then giving a physical address to unsubscribe is rubbish. If they think this is good marketing then they are mistaken. I would never buy from a site that doesn't communicate reasonably with its potential customers

The entire team did nothing to fix the problem and told me I was at fault for what happened multiple times after I provided proof that I did exactly what I was supposed to do. The site charged me after I canceled the subscription and when I emailed about it, days before the box shipped. I received no reply until after it shipped and they told me it was too late. The "lead" Patrick continued to tell me his team did everything they could (they didnt). When I asked to review his customer service he tried to convince me they had done everything entirely correct and once again I was at fault. I pointed this out and he quickly backtracked saying I'm sorry you felt that way and it's no one's fault. Overall the experience was terrible which sucks because the boxes are really cool. Honestly the worst customer service I've ever received and it was more than a little frustrating, it took over a week to get my account canceled and they respond once a day to emails if you're lucky. The products are great and if you want them you should definitely buy them but beware of the customer service they'll screw you and tell you you asked for it.

I’ve been with y’all for awhile now and when I got my first box I ran into issues and was supposed to get a huge credit back and never got it when I reached out I kinda got the run around and was never really replied to until weeks/months later. I let it go because for awhile I was very satisfied with what I was getting and didn’t really want to hassle with it. Then the chronic box came around and I never got it I emailed and asked to make sure I wasn’t mistaking an older box for it or anything along those lines and you guys informed me that it was marked as delivered. Okay fine but then you informed me that because they marked it as delivered I couldn’t get a new box or refund but I could get a new box if I paid for the shipping. I can live with that so I replied asking if I was able to upgrade the box to the XL and cover the difference and the shipping they mentioned. When I got a reply WEEKS later I was met with confusion on what box and what I was talking about. During this same time the April box came and it had a missing item from the box that was on the picture. I wrote the reply back about the previous box and included in April’s box in the same email as to not create so many threads for your team to reply to. I was then met with a standard reply of take a picture and let us know what’s missing and we will get back to you and before I could even do that I get a follow up email saying I haven’t replied in a few days and we are now closing this ticket. Honestly that’s just ridiculous because it takes you weeks to ever get back to me, so much so that I get a new box but I can’t take a few days to get everything together for you and reply without you all closing my ticket in a week. The boxes were great at first but started to dwindle down once you started offering the XL box and it showed in that 420 box but I was still going to give one more shot with the may box. But after this customer service experience I think I’m going to just move on. I’m out a box and my money on more than one occasion and that’s not fair to me as your consumer. I understand it’s covid and you guys are working into over drive but at least make up for it when mistake do arise and it seems as if you all don’t want to do that anymore.

Have to give 1 star because I can't give 0. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my whole life. Talked to many different customer service reps and they're all the same. You get ignored for weeks at a time and then have responses answering the wrong questions. Then I get these emails asking to rate the service I was giving, when my issues have not even been dealt with yet! There some issues in this compony and I wont be giving my money to them ever again.

Please beware giving your money to this company. They take your money and then REFUSE to answer emails or messages related to the order. They also like to try and hide comments on their socials that are trying to tell people to be hesitant in buying from them. It seems really scummy and I will NEVER buy from them again, as well as telling everyone I know to avoid this company. There are waaay better online shops like this that will actually take are of their customers concerns.

Failed response to my requests to use a gift card. The slow response from”Jesse” only made resolution worse. When I went point by point to be sure that my process for resolution would be effective, Jesse did not reply. The resolution steps did not work. Others I know have the same overall complaint especially the slow response and slow service regarding orders.

As of this moment I'm beyond pissed off and unhappy with this crappy make believe company. Either hiring more f****** employees or f****** shut down limited your damn orders figure it out. Sell the crap that obviously you think it because you dont protect it when shipping it out. Also Route is a piece of crap also. They don't communicate with each other or it's just Hemper. You might as well send all your customers 2 of everything they order since its gonna break and you're supposedly gonna replace it.

I received a monthly subscription box that I never ordered. I have never ordered from this company. I don't know how they got my name, address or information. This is total fraud. I sent back the box, sent email( waiting on reply) and am not happy happy at all. My bank account better not be affected for this. Otherwise legal action may be the next step. Colleen Morse
