HemperReviews of hemper.co

Well, the request of the agent to correct information was resonable, and was handled with respect and courtesy. I thank you.

I found Sienna to be very helpful making sure I received a new disposable after receiving an empty one. Easy to talk to and reached in contact with the venders and promised my re-shipment of my product within minutes. -Candise Schmitz

Jamine was on top of her game. I did have to send a video of the vape battery not working and I am really video shy so that really bothered me but I understand. I would have rather sent it back to you so you could figure out why it wasn't heating up. You should put a video out there using the Hemper vape battery. I have another one on the way and Jazmine was able to get the purple marble one sent, yay!!! I would like to know why the one I got isn't working.

Bruh this place is amazing man, I broke my bong and immediately they sent me a new replacement, they are so kind and fast to reply definitely always buying from here for my smoke supplies :)

Did what was required and best they could for what I asked in customer service .

Sienna was friendly, prompt, and helpful. She made something salvageable from part of a rough day.

Reaching out to ensure that my address was correct and the prompt service. I will recommend to others.

She was informative, helpful, polite and insightful and got my inquiries and concerns all corrected.
