I Bought an item on the 23rd of October and now it is the 6 of December, where is it!! I’ve emailed them multiple times on their website or email, I’ve even asked if they have the parcel in-stock and I also wanted the tracking number!! What’s is actually going on hemper?? You tell me it’ll be shipped in 3-5 business days on October the 27th saying it’s in the warehouse and waiting to be successfully packed and fulfilled and than November the 12th they replied back saying it’ll be shipped Monday!! All want is an update where about, tracking number and a response back if you have it in-stock.

Recently got an email from Hemper saying “Your order …. Has been confirmed” which I thought was odd as I haven’t ordered anything so I clicked on it expecting it to be a scam email from a random address but no it was just from the actual Hemper address and was just to show me what offers they currently have. Whoever decided this was a good idea to market your products should not have a job in marketing as all this has done is push me to never use this company as they clearly lack morals and common sense

ZERO stars. I am a UK customer, ordered an item and they do not show you the shipping fee until after you have already paid. I tried to cancel my order minutes after and have been ignored several times. Disgusting. Do not use this company, they are thieves.

Customer service is practically non existent. Still have not received my order. Horrible experience. Do not trust you guys at all.

This entire business is a scam. They send a blank template back regurgitating the information from your order confirmation and simply change the name of who sent it. It has been over two months since I placed my order and it still has not shipped. I hope the BBB shuts this garbage down.

If I can put no stars then I would. I got charged $50 for a hemp box that I didn’t want, I sent out the cancellation notice before it got shipped out. They still shipped it they said but I never received it. I’ve been bugging about getting my money back. I never received the box. I just want my money back. I don’t want the subscription or anything from this account. I’m very upset. I’m pregnant with no job, I can’t afford to be spending $50 right now. Can I get a refund. I have no money and no box, make it make sense???

This company does not reply to emails hardly at all. I sent numerous emails over a period of a few weeks with no reply requesting they substitute a different box for the Oct box. I received no reply until after my final message saying that I noticed my order shipped and hope it was the right box. I again reached out after receiving the box and only then did I receive a reply stating that I would need to pay for return shipping if wanting to return it. I'll be getting my last box and then cancelling, as this company has awful and LACKING customer service!!

Hemper is more concerned with "selling new boxes" than making sure their monthly subscriptions are sent out. Horrible customer service, too!
