High everyone Wanted to let you know, the customer service rep I spoke with was knowledgeable about my order, the process of discovering what went wrong and how to fix it. I was impressed with the lack of resistance. I thought I'd have to argue about the issue. It was refreshing to have a rep believe what I was saying. Thank you for resolving my problem Hemper. I am a return customer for sure.

I'm not sure why Hemper is getting low stars and bad reviews because their customer service is great. I've purchased from Hemper before and never had a problem. Ordered an item 2 weeks ago and it arrived broken due to Courier Service. I emailed Hemper support and was responded to Within 16 hours. No problems at all, they had me send it back and a new one has been sent. That's literally the definition of great customer service.

My question was answered very quickly.

the only reason i am giving five stars is for the customer service i received from the person that helped me resolve my issues with a delayed package after a week of receiving no updates for because the product was out of stock of the certain color i ordered with no notice that it was out of stock

I made the mistake or ordering the wrong box. Sienna explained what happened and went out her way to assist with my getting the right one. She’s a value to your company. It’s my first please customer service experience in a while.

I placed a pretty sizable order through hemper during Black Friday while they had a promotional sale going on and they exceeded my expectations above and beyond. No other online site has the attention and care for their customers that hemper does. I had a question regarding my order and I sent an email to their support team, within the hour Sienna replied and cleared up all of the confusion I had. Hemper now is runnin a 4-20 promotional deal so I placed another order and yet again they have just set the bar so high all of my orders have come in fast and no mistakes. I have nothing but good things to say about Sienna and the hemper team. Thank you guys so much for all of your hard work!!
