You guys never sent out my package nor did I receive ANY kind of message saying it was delayed or not sent out and you guys said it got lost in the mail when they have no scans of my said package. Truly upset me because this was my first time buying from you and I was really excited for the bogo sale I bought from and even told my friends to buy from you. All I wanted was my boxes

Order placed: 02/19/2022 date of writing: 3/28/2022 Only update to my tracking so far was the shipping label, contacted support on 3 occasions the first time they said they said to wait a little longer for it to ship. No label at that time was on the tracking info contacted them again and they said 2-4 business days about 2 weeks ago and still no update to tracking. bad company if you want things on time. Customer support isn't looking at my emails anymore, haven't been able to contact them at all through any means to assist with this problem.

Havent recieved my subscription box after a month of "updates", saying its coming, dont worry, its only one state away.... it has been "ready to ship" sitting in a warehouse for about two weeks now. "we have a large amount of orders every month" was the response. Pretty sure this website is just a scam and I wasted my $40. Oh well, at least the subscription box looked kinda cool online. :/

Paid twice for the month subscription , product never came but I got the last months piece but only a couple wraps and not even any items that are suppose to come with it.

This is a fraudulent brand who does not fulfill paid orders, meanwhile continuing an aggressive, and very active marketing presence. Customers should turn away FAST. I know the glass is cute, but your package will never arrive. Hemper.co is a scam, I am pretty shocked they're in business despite harming so many customers.

Well I ordered on January 5th 2022, and the order has still yet to ship. Multiple emails to and from Hemper have garnered no assistance besides the company saying it would take 15 to 20 business days to ship (it's now over that with no results), even though originally it was supposed to be about 1 week. Save your time and money.

I never received my package. I was told to wait 3-5 business days (which I did) and my package never left Las Vegas. I ordered my package January 10th. Got some emails about how I liked my package, but I couldn’t answer them because I didn’t receive it. Took a while for you guys to answer me back but it didn’t take long for you guys to cancel my order. Very displeased with the system. I understand you are short staffed and busy, but better communication helps customers believe their stuff will make it to their front door. I really didn’t talk to anyone about my order either, I just received 4 of the same automated emails within 2 days.
