I paid 47 dollars for the monthly box then it too forever then it said it was delivered but wasn’t I ordered April 1 and my info is correct I checked multiple times

I have no update on the item. I bought it weeks ago I have no clue where it is route is supposed to update me it says waiting for eta. Wasn’t even sure if it had been bought because if I go to the website to check on it it still shows the item in my cart. I’m hoping it’s just being built still or something but I had no idea the wait time would be so long because it’s supposed to be a gift. If it magically shows up this week I’ll leave a better review it’s just annoying I downloaded this app and can’t even get an eta lol. Not sure why it’s asking for a review if my item hasn’t even shipped yet so hopefully maybe it did..? I just hope the item is worth the wait. I did send an email and got a very short answer days later that said they “recent the email” (guessing they meant re-sent) but it doesn’t seem to have helped.

I ordered 1 box and never got it. Then I was charged a subscription price for another box even though i didn’t want a subscription. I usually get a daily high club box . I will never get anything from hemper ever again !

I haven't received my order, I have a tracking # which tells me it has never left the facility/ warehouse.gabriella answer no real question and gave no real answers. I order way back in March, it is now 4/15. Still nothing

Order almost a month ago and still haven’t received. Customer service is horrendous.

I ordered two themed boxes. Waited for a while and finally emailed to see what was the hold up. I received one terribly unhelpful email back and then was ignored. Nothing is apparently being shipped but was not informed about this issue when placing my order.

Placed order and shipments started coming in from their third party suppliers. One of their suppliers has sent partial order but states they sent everything. I have sent multiple emails and messaged in their help chat window on their website. I get automated messages they will respond usually in a few minutes but nothing. Also get automated emails but no real responses from a real person. Buyers Beware. You are taking a gamble on getting what you ordered and bigger gamble on getting any one at Hemper to help you. I will have to call my credit card company now to start a charge back. Ridiculous !!!
