Customer service got back to me within the timeframe estimated and quickly resolved the issue I was having.

First off, Hemper has the best Products out there. On top of that their customer service is excellent!! I highly recommend everyone try something, you won’t be disappointed!!

I've been a member for the past 8 months. I was thinking of canceling our pausing my membership. And then when my last box came my bong was broken. I reached out to customer support and sent a picture in an email. Never got a response just a replacement already being sent out before I got a reply. That service and common sense to not even have to go back & forth was amazing. I look forward to using my bong when it arrives and I'm ready for next month's box is goodies already.

Ordered gifts and a piece came broken, but I had bought package protection. I filed a claim in minutes and they were super helpful to send me a new piece.

Well, even though I never spoke with Dallas, he was able to answer My questions. By the way I absolutely love my two new bongs that I recently purchased from Hemper. I love the quality and uniquness and the price of Hemper's products. I'll be a return customer for sure. Thanks Tony Frasher
