Quick to take my money!! Have not received my product!! Either it’s in stock are it’s not!! At least say that! I have emailed several times and called. I get told that my product will be put in the fast bin!??.. yet I have not received any confirmation on it. Very bad customer service. But yet I’m patient.

When I contacted customer service as it had been 10 day since making my order without receiving any communication from Hemper that the order had been processed, I was told that the product came from an outside seller and they could not do anything. I am researching how fraud applies in terms of not letting your customers know they are not purchasing from Hemper when purchasing from the Hemper website and not abiding by their own words regarding shipping.

I thought I had found what I wanted but once I ordered it (for almost $200) it took over a week for them to even get it shipped from the warehouse! I asked them 5 days in to cancel the order so I could order somewhere else and they refused stating that the address label had already been printed. What? Who cares if a label has been printed or not? Throw the damn thing away! Then the thing still didn't get mailed out for days! I got screwed by this company who doesn't give a ** about it's customers

The glass was broken when it arrived late. I emailed Hemper immediately. Two days later I had a spinal surgery and was offline for a few weeks before I was able to get online. I received an email with instructions on getting it replaced and when I tried using the link they said I was too late for them to help. But I notified Hemper the day it was delivered. Because of the operation I couldn't reply faster and I did let them know about 10 min after it was delivered. The box it was shipped on looks crushed but it wasn't protected in any way. The other item I ordered was wrapped but the glass bong wasn't wrapped to protect it at all.

Y'all have sent my shipping code for my glass rhino blunt three weeks ago I still have not received it yet over a month now please do what I have payed you for now send it!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Not to mention they use false advertising all the time to scam and mislead you, but when you purchase the package protection plan on their site, regardless of how your package arrives they will not assist in ANY way. My items arrived damaged, 2 items missing, they told me they’re “not responsible for the accuracy of the items advertised on their site and through promotional emails” Telling me they’re unwilling to replace the broken items, unwilling to send me the missing items from the box, and unwilling to issue me a refund, even though I paid EXTRA for package protection. This site is a SCAM!! They reserve the right to ship you virtually anything regardless of what you actually paid for, and do NOT pay for package protection if you’re still thinking of purchasing from this scam site. You will lose your money, receive a pile of broken trash with missing items, and they’ll tell you too bad no refunds no returns, and if they miss an item they’re “not responsible for the accuracy of the ads or descriptions of the boxes”. DONT GIVE THEM BUSINESS!
