Yumi is a great company that cares about what I feed my baby. I like the fact that everything is organic and I can trust that my baby is getting the best nutrition available, and ingredients that are fresh and wholesome. Yumi is also very responsive if you have an issue with your order. We had two boxes ship with issues when they arrived, but when I got on the chat with Yumi, they handled my account and immediately escalated the issues. The only downside of the two encounters is that because Yumi prepares enough food for the boxes their shipping that week to prevent waste, if you have an issue there isn't a way to get another box for the week. We've supplemented with different food we purchased at the yumi shop, but it is a let down when it happens.
