YUMIReviews of helloyumi.com

Received a coupon for $35 off at Yumi in a Babylist box. I added some items to my cart but the discount code would not work. Apparently it is only valid for the subscription which it does not say on the coupon, and the company is not taking orders right now so I wasted my time having to deal with customer support.

Ordered the vitamins, they were moldy and melted and inedible. The company said that was “normal” and did not respond to follow up emails when I requested a refund which I thought was completely reasonable.

I was ordering from them for months and loved it, but the last 3 orders are all watered down junk. No more flavor, and a thick full inch of water sitting on the top of each jar that’s supposed to have “texture” and be thicker purées. Even after stirring it’s so watery it’s impossible to get on a tiny spoon and into my son’s mouth with it sloshing off. He doesn’t like it anymore since they all lost the flavor. Contacted customer service and they said that’s how they are meant to be. A watered down impossible to feed mess. Canceled subscription and supposedly getting partial refund. Absolutely NOT worth it anymore! So disappointing.

Awful experience. Emailed, called, and texted and still have no reply but would continue getting emails asking me to rate the customer service I didn't receive. My baby wouldn't touch the food and half of the "sealed" product spilled all over.

My baby has eaten anything put in front of him, except Yumi products. We canceled the subscription with confirmation of cancellation in the first 30 days. Yumi continued to charge our credit card. Not only was the charge more than the subscription price, but they charge our card weekly for months. When we realized what was happening, our money was refunded partially & I had to repeatedly contact customer service to advised they owed us more. This experience was unbelievable.

Placed my first order and the shipment is late according to the date it said it would arrive (shipped outside of their shipping window) so the food is bad so can’t feed to my baby. Called customer service they offer my credit back. I asked them to ship me another food package instead because I need the food for my baby. Rep said they’re sold out. So how are you suppose to rely on this device to feed your baby. What a horrible experience!!! How can a company run a business and spend all this money on targeted ads and yet be sold out of food

Terrible experience. Food arrives late and in a terrible condition . Open jars , leaking and have been on the UPS truck for half day. Couldn’t feed this to my daughter . Terrible customer service as well. They didn’t refund correctly. So I lost money and the food: very unprofessional!

Scam service. Items don't even ship by the "delivery date". I won't trust the baby food even when it does finally arrive. Cancelled subscription and if I don't get a refund for the food I ordered over a week ago, I'll contest charges on my credit card. Stay away from this service...will try Little Spoon instead which has great reviews.
