I chose shipping instead of the rush through pharmacy because it wasn’t too bad of an infection, I was just being extra cautious. My pills came in the cutest, sturdiest packaging I’ve ever seen! Like a Christmas present for my lady parts, lol. I appreciate not having to make an appointment and physically go to a clinic for what I knew was going on. Thanks for a wonderful product that’s long overdue!

I placed my order forty eight hours ago and it still has not shipped. The email received from them upon purchase clearly says: “How does my order get delivered? A doctor will review your information within 3-4 hours and send your prescription to our pharmacy, who will pack up your order and ship it out the same day. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order has shipped.” 48 hours and counting does not equal same day shipping. The online administration response is useless - they keep giving a canned response of “our lead times for packages to be received is 3-5 days”. I’m not complaining about a shipped package that hasn’t been received. I’m complaining about a package that has not even shipped yet despite “same day shipping” being advertised in multiple spots of their website. Overall - I wouldn’t use Wisp again. I’ll go back to Lemonaid health. Update: I was contacted by customer service only after I left a review. My prior three attempts to get help via the message system all fell flat - so take that for what it’s worth. The agent who assisted me, Rhea, sent my prescription to the pharmacy 48 hours after it was supposed to ship & offered a $32 credit for the trouble. I still had to pay a co-pay and my original prescription shipped today - a total of 96 hours after I ordered it for same day shipping. The explanation given was: “ We are continuing to experience unprecedented demand for some of our products and services. As a result, we’re experiencing delays with our meds.” My problem with this is you can STILL, as of the time of this review, place an order for same-day shipping, despite there being not enough medication in stock at their pharmacy. Not everyone is physically capable of going to the pharmacy at will - people have disabilities, physical mobility issues, etc., and an unexpected trip is not always feasible - nor is it acceptable for the provider to leave a customer waiting uncomfortably an additional 96 hours because they cannot provide service timely. The solution is simple - if you’re over-ordered don’t offer same day shipping. Simple way to avoid problems and give consumers transparency. While I appreciate the help this was my absolute worst experience with telehealth and I will go back to my old provider.

The system is easy to use and straight forward. Everything is clearly explained and products arrive on time. A doctor reached out to me within minutes of placing an order. I loved being able to get what I needed without the awkwardness of going to a doctor's office!
