I was suffering from a horrible case of BV. I had made an appointment with my doctor, however the appointment was more than a month away, and there was no way I was going to be miserable that long. I found wisp out of desperate Google search and in less than 2 hours I got the medication I needed which was a lifesaver! The process was easy and fast. I will always speak well of this company and I highly recommend them!

Fast and easy and I didn’t have to go thru the hassle of going to a doctor. Would recommend only if you are 110% sure you have the condition that’s medicine is needed for though.

Update: Within a few hours after I posted my initial review (below), I was magically called and told my order had been approved and sent to the pharmacy. The person who called was not a Dr. I received a disingenuous "sorry" and was asked to remove my review!? It was a customer service rep so I don't believe that qualified as my so-called state required Dr. consult. No questions, no explanation. Did not ask if there was anything they could do to improve anything or correct the problem. This is why I am not removing my review. That would be dishonest and misleading. People need to see the good AND the bad in order to make the right decision when researching products. A company asking me to delete my honest review when they really did nothing to resolve the real issue or give an explanation doesn't sit well with me. Original review: I have been waiting for three days to get a response, let alone a script sent to my pharmacy for medication. After reading the website and the "rave" reviews, I thought I would give it a shot since it is right before the holidays and a schedule change at work so I cannot take time off for an appointment with my OBGYN until the new year. I have sent multiple correspondence to their support email and every time, I get a canned response that "it was moved to priority", "it is in your Dr.'s queue", "they will reach out shortly", "sometimes it can take up to 24hrs". Mind you, this was already well over 30 hrs. I have been getting this same response for THREE DAYS. They sure didn't drag their feet taking my money though. I have given them multiple chances to make this right only to keep getting the same copy/paste response. It's unprofessional and unethical to treat people like this who are in need of services by making them wait an unacceptable amount of time with discomfort that could have easily been taken care of quickly. Go to an Urgent Care or call your Dr. to see if maybe they will send in a RX before you resort to Wisp. Lesson learned the hard way.

I cannot say enough good things about Wisp. As someone with a vagina, we sometimes need assistance from a doctor(a prescription) but may not have the time or coverage to go to a doctor. Wisp is perfect for that. It cost less than $100 to tell the doctor what I need and get my prescription and took less than 10 minutes out my day. I filled out my forms and informed the doctor of my issue prior to leaving work and was able to pick up my prescription before going to bed. You can also get the medicine shipped at no additional Cost but I need things that day so it cost an extra $10 at my local pharmacy. I would definitely use this service again!
