I recently tried to get cold sore medication from my doctor only to be given a run around and pushed from nurse to nurse. As if not uncomfortable as is, who has time to "fight" for meds!? Wisp was the perfect solution! Easy and no unnecessary questioning. Meds arrived quickly and packaged so cute! I would definitely recommend and use again!

My experience was seamless. I filled out the questionaire, was contacted by the doctor who respected my preferences and received my prescription from my local pharmacy within hours. Private, comprehensive, simple and more affordable than a trip to urgent care.

The quickness that the company deals with your issue is insane. I signed up at 2am and by 8am the pharmacy had my order ready to go. from sign up to doctor approval to pharmacy was 6 hrs.

The website was great, easy to use, they were quick efficient and overall the experience was great. They require some decent information which I would expect including a pic of you're ID or license all great things. The questions were adequate and no issue, my wife being a Nurse she is actually the one who told me about Wisp. Mainly because I was unable to get into PCP until Wednesday of next week. Unfortunately after filling out the questionnaire including medications, history, and symptoms. All of which are VERY basic. I waited a few hours which was no issue and I got a message that simply stated that UTI's in males are very rare, and that they denied giving an antibiotic due to me being male. But of course hey if you want an STD test we would be happy to charge you for that and send it to you. Been married for almost 10 years, not saying that it isn't possible (not naive, people cheat, etc. etc.) but thats not the case here in the slightest. Men/Males do get UTI's and in fact roughly 80 to 90% of men will get at least 1 in their lifetime. While women are 8x more likely to get them it isn't insanely rare for males to get a UTI unrelated to an STD. So it was a bit abrupt of a response, a bit rude almost, seemed to be about money, BUT the essence of the message was that because I was a MALE their service doesn't apply or work for me. All I wanted was for them to simply put that in their service heading, somewhere when I was signing up that said hey this service is primarily for females. Something so that I didn't waste my time filling it all out and waiting for a simple antibiotic. Nurse wife suggested it as she had heard good things about it from female friends etc. so worth a shot she knew the symptoms and was fairly certain of UTI as well but of course she isn't a Dr. Once again not angry at the service, the site, anything really, just wanted to put this review out there so others potentially don't waste their time if you are male that is all. Just disappointing that it wasn't even a Dr. that messaged me it was a NP/Nurse Pract (like my wife), while close and what not seems a bit short and a bit misleading as I can't see where it says female only but maybe I missed it. Aside from the above....everything else was pretty good actually. Including the website, flow, service, all of it. Hope this helps someone.
