I first went with another online service and it wasn't until I had given them all of my info that I found out it takes them 4-5 days to get back to you. I decided to try Wisp instead and I had my prescription sent to the pharmacy within 3 hours. Wisp was awesome at getting back to me immediately! I was so impressed I had to leave a review. Most people don't want to wait or can't wait 5 days to get thier birth control and Wisp made it so easy for me. I will recommend them to everyone!

Easy to use when you are busy.

Had high expectations that this would help skip my period during an upcoming vacation. After reading all the positive reviews I ordered and the pills came in cute packaging and arrived quickly. Took the pills as instructed and sadly my period still came during my trip. Very disappointed that this didn’t work for me.

The response time from the Dr was great! The medication was sent to my local pharmacy and I picked it up, very simple. Wisp is great, especially if you don’t have time to go to a physical clinic.

One of the questions asks how many UTIs you have had and since this was my first I answered honestly. Doctor denied me meds based off that answer and told me I needed a urine test. Not very helpful and if that’s the case they should say that on the site. Took 6 hours to get that response too. Follow up: they called to “resolve” by asking me to take down my review. I said no as it could help someone not waste time on trying to get help for a UTI.

I was researching a particular medication that I needed to reestablish. WISP popped up as a resource as I was contemplating how quickly I could get an appointment to see my primary doctor. About a month was a realistic guess. As I read about that medication on the Wisp site I learned about THEIR doctors who remotely work with the Wisp patients. I was hooked, but to be honest, I really didn't belive it was real. I figured there had to be a catch somewhere. So I followed the steps, completed the survey and hours later a doctor reached out to me, detailed my treatment plan and filled my prescription. It was sent to my pharmacy as I requested. I picked up my medication the following day. I am a believer now and ever so grateful of the convenience. WISP has allowed me to get the prompt treatment that I needed!!! It's a very easy process from start to finish. Keep up the good work WISP! And keep helping people!!!!

I really liked how I could get my antibiotics without having to drive to my PCP then go to the pharmacy. Super convenient!! 10/10
