This is like the fourth time that I've renewed my prescription, received an email that it was sent to the pharmacy, but the pharmacy never receives it until I send emails to you asking you to please call the prescription in. Then somehow it magically gets taken care of. Don't trust them if you are in a rush.

Wonderful service .Easy request to speak to Dr if necessary. Avoiding a visit with my Dr locally which requires weeks notice and test when I already know I have a yeast infection. Quick delivery also. A pleasure to do business with your company!!

This website is ridiculous. What’s the point of offering a product if you’re just going to tell customers they don’t qualify without providing any explanation? All I wanted to do was stop my period, and this seemed like a convenient option. Instead, I was required to pay first, complete the entire intake process, upload my ID, and provide personal information only to be told afterward that I didn’t qualify. What makes this even more frustrating is that I don’t have any health issues, I’m young, I’m not taking any medications, and I have no idea why I was denied. It’s incredibly frustrating to invest that much time and effort without any transparency about why I was denied!!

This is my second time using them for cold sores. I have tried both options. "Same day pick up" and 3 day shipping. BOTH times I ended up waiting 5 days. By that time I spent money on abreva, cold sore patches, medicated lip balm. I'm sorry but they absolutely suck. The whole point especially for a cold sore is to get it as fast as possible. I have to wait a week? Then what's the point lmao

They took forever to give me my refund after they refused to give me my order due to not being able to verify myself. I demanded them 100 times to give me a refund and they took forever because they kept saying everything was right except for the DATE OF BIRTH on my order so they refused and I don’t rmb putting any other date of birth but my OWN. I kept telling them I couldn’t find the date of birth on file and they kept repeating themself acting like they didn’t see my say multiple times that I couldn’t find it because the identification screen blocked me from continuing on the website. 0/10 Service they too forever to give me my refund holding my money from me.
