Serious lack of communication! Order did not come in 3 days, I reached out and they said they were in the process of switching pharmacies and I should receive my order in 5 days. Still haven’t received anything. Check my order and it says it has been cancelled!!!! Again no one communicated this! But I don’t have a refund processing either! No customer service number to call! Can only send lousy email. But you will get harassed by texts for a survey on how their service is! It sucks this far! At least communicate and refund me if you’re going to cancel my order! You’ve got 24hours before I report you to BBB and refute the charges you made to my account! You shouldn’t charge my card til the prescription is sent!

Got me my product so fast and cheaper than pharmacy prices. So so glad this was an option and efficient to get to me

Had a 5 day trip to Jamaica and took the pill about 2 days from my predicted start date. (I use Iphone's Health app to track my period) I took 3 tablets exactly 8 hours apart and the whole trip was period free!!! No crapping, spotting, or sun sensitivity. 100% recommend!!

The medication I ordered came in a container that would not dispense it. It was this little pump container, and I spent more that 20 minutes trying to get it to work. It's a new type of container, but I had the same problems with the old version and asked for it to be put in a squeeze tube, but was ignored. It never did work, and I can't break it open, either, so I've spent $30 on literally nothing. I sent an email to customer service but still no reply. I just want my meds, or a refund and I can't get anyone to respond. I've had better customer service from Comcast.
