I have been waiting over a month now to talk to a provider. I have tried calling, emailing, messaging, and lord knows I have actually waited hours in that online Dr waiting room. And because of that I have not received my normal subscription on product, which is birth control and now I am out of. Quite frustrating that everyone I contact tells me I need t wait for said provider to talk to me and approve but where are all the providers at?!

It was super easy and without health insurance it's hard to get birth control and other feminine medical needs. I enjoy being able to get my birth control to control my PCOS without the hassle

Np discontinued chat after i requested to have another medical professional review my chart. I work in a hospital and you have a right to adequate healthcare if you feel you have not been treated just. Her approach not only delayed my medical treatment , but ignored the objective data i gave her. Seriously consider a site that care about the patient , not just the dollar. Her inexperience has taught to seek real medical care and not go for the easy fix.Not worth it
