I initially used another telehealth platform for my UTI and was prescribed Macrobid for 5 days. After finishing the course and a week later I still had no resolution of my infection. I fortunately stumbled upon Wisp recommended by others on a Facebook page. I decided to try it out because I couldn't get in with my PCP soon enough or go to urgent care due to my work schedule. Wisp's website was very user friendly and easy to sign up for. I answered the questionnaire and submitted everything and a provider got back to me very soon after. Keep in mind I did this around 9pm PDT at night. Since I live in a state where no face to face visit or phone call was required the provider got back to me and prescribed me Bactrim for 7 days. He also sent my Rx to my pharmacy the next day (since I initiated the visit late at night) and picked up my Rx at the local drug store without any issues. He also sent a lab slip for me to get a urinalysis done at a local lab to check for resistance. Two days in with Bactrim and I was still having signs and symptoms of a UTI. I reached out to my Wisp provider via message with my concerns and he responded promptly back to me. This was such a neat service which I appreciated so much. Wisp allowed me to stay in communication with the provider throughout my treatment. In my experience with other telehealth services that I've used do not allow this nor provide this service. I stayed the course and finished my 7 day course of Bactrim and am finally back to normal. Wisp even sent a follow up email to check up on me to see if I was feeling better and if not then they will work on another course of action. I love Wisp's platform, service and communication. Other telehealth services just leaves you high and dry and doesn't allow any way to follow up if you have questions. Not Wisp! They are there every step of the way. Also, just a FYI Wisp does not take insurance, but with my experience I would use it again and again even if I have to pay out of pocket! The amount of the visit with Wisp and Rx came out to be about the same even if I paid with insurance since I have a high deductible. Great service. Highly recommend! Thank you Wisp!

Took a day and a half to get an antibiotic that wasn't the right one for the uti i had. Then when I asked for a different and hopefully the right antibiotic for the SAME infection and appointment I'd already paid for they wanted to charge me another 60 something bucks. THEN they proceeded to tell me the reason I still had my uti was because "you didn't finish your medication". (Of course I've taken all of my antibiotic). Imagine trying to gaslight someone over an app. What a joke .

Products worked and the process was easy. Will use over and over again. I can’t recommend more.
