Awful experience, save your heartache and just go to the devil you know vs trying to play games with the devil you don’t. In theory, it’s a nice thought to have “immediate access to birth control and emergency contraceptives” but the whole point of emergency contraceptives and IMMEDIATE birth control is SO THAT YOU HAVE IT AS SOON AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE. I put in an order for Norethindrone 5mg on Saturday night at around 8pm to delay my period for the upcoming weekend activities and a provider reached out to me within the next couple of hours (at 12:26am) saying my prescription had been sent to my local pharmacy and everything was good to go! Well I should know nothing is ever that simple. When I woke up, I called the pharmacy at around 8am (as per the doctors suggestion) and they sounded confused at the pharmacy like there wasn’t anything in the system with my name attached. I then drove to the pharmacy at 3pm thinking I had given everyone PLENTY of time for them to receive and pack the RX and they looked at me again like I was crazy when I asked about it and gave them my information as well as where I had received the RX from! They said the Dr. had NOT sent any prescriptions over and that there was nothing in the system, also that they had never heard of Wisp before in their lives. I am PISSED because I am most likely starting my period tomorrow morning and once it starts you can’t stop it with the medication so I wanted to start it today, well now the pharmacy closes at 6pm and you CAN’T contact a real person at Wisp within a timely manner in an emergency situation. What’s the point of paying a premium price for SAME DAY IMMEDIATE BIRTH CONTROL when you could just go and haggle with your OBGYN knowing you’ll receive the RX within the day? I am EXTREMELY unhappy with this service, there is no help from them in scenarios like this and I don’t know what to do!!! I already paid for the medicine and it’s not even going to work now!!! DO NOT USE WISP

Never got my package
