As a woman who has experienced UTIs her entire life, I cannot begin to describe how amazing it is to not have to go into an urgent care with a UTI. It's torture, and feels so unnecessary when you know exactly what you have. Don't even get me started on the price of the visit. With WISP, I can bypass that extremely uncomfortable trip, and message with a Dr in the comfort of my own home (which is huge when you're struggling with a UTI). I have used WISP twice now, and both times I've had a response from a Dr w/ a prescription sent to my local pharmacy within an hour. I am forever grateful to WISP for changing the way women receive Healthcare for such common conditions. It feels like we finally have a little more control over our health.

I have a trip coming up And I purchased the period delay pills so I could enjoy my trip. I’m taking the pills right now and currently they’re fine, But my experience with the communication from this company wasn’t too great. After I had purchased the pills online Someone has sent me a personal message asking for some information and I had replied within the span of three minutes And then it was silent for two hours, and I had questions that I was asking, but nobody was answering me for hours. Once I simply asked If by chance I didn’t get the product in time if I’d be able to get a refund, Almost immediately, I got a message saying that my entire order was canceled. This Stressed me out because I’ve heard about these pills and I was excited to take them to see how they worked out and I had gotten a discount from the website. But since My order was canceled without my consent , I sent multiple emails/ messages Asking what went wrong and I didn’t hear anything back. So I had to purchase the item again this time without the discount because I was no longer able to use it. The product itself is fine, but the person I spoke to just seemed very passive aggressive to me. I don’t think I was inappropriate Orr out of line,I was just curious. I think is weird that I was messaging them for hours asking for information And I didn’t hear anything but the second I mentioned a POSSIBLE refund my entire order was canceled within minutes. I like the product, and I will buy it again in the future, but for my first time working with this company, it didn’t get off to a good start

I’m so thankful to have WISP as a back up to urgent care. My PCP is booked out so far in advance that when an urgent situation comes up (when it comes to a UTI) I know I will be taken care of!

Wisp came through when my PCP was on leave. I truly appreciate NOT having to go to urgent care or to a minute clinic, but the ability to quickly communicate with a doctor to receive the medication I needed was extremely important. Thank you!

So easy and efficient to get needed medication right away! I absolutely love this and appreciate not having to have to make an appointment to see a physician when most of us women know what’s going on with our bodies, especially if we have reoccurring issues.
