The company expected me to snap a pill in half daily that was so large and impossible to half without making a huge mess. It was next to impossible to snap in half equally and without crushing the pill into pieces even with a pill cutter. Ridiculous

My prescription still has not arrived at the pharmacy despite two different emails claiming it is there.

I love the idea (the truth!) that woman know when they have a uti and shouldn’t be made to sit in urgent care or wait a week for a doc apt before getting treatment. Wisp is amazing.

I was able to get my prescription the same day I had my appointment. I was traveling out of town the next day and I never would've been able to get my infection taken care of that quickly if I'd had to make an appointment and wait. Saved me!!

The worst thing ever. False advertisement tells you can order your prescription and it gets delivered to you the same day, nope not true, what they don’t tell you is a doctor reviews it and then denies you your medication(even though it’s pregnancy safe). It’s discrimination they will only accept prescriptions being filled for women who are not pregnant. It’s dangerous for me to go a long time without my prescription I can’t be seen by my primary bc they are backed up in appointments so I won’t be seen for weeks and the hellowisp doctors just put me at risk of miscarriage. If I wasn’t pregnant they would’ve sent it to the pharmacy. This whole thing is a scam. The adds say you don’t need a doctor visit just order the medication you know you need and it’ll be sent to you the same day. They failed to mention a doctor reviews it and then will probably deny it. I’m going to be suing hellowisp for false advertising and malpractice. This is ridiculous. Don’t waste your time or money. Whole thing is a pice of garbage and a scam.

I've been waiting days for my medicine to be processed, after calling twice with no answer and then emailing 5 seperate times with no answers I'm beyond frustrated. I have heard nothing but good reviews and I however have received terrible service.
