The Healthcare providers ask relevant questions without giving you a hassle. They had a question. I responded. Then they simply sent in my prescription. Stress and headache free. What a great experience.

Was prescribed a medication but it was shipped from their pharmacy instead of my local pharmacy. Did not arrive for 5 business days. Purchased over the counter medication so I wasn’t in pain for 5 additional days. Seems ridiculous to wait for needed medical prescription for 5 days when it could have been called into my local pharmacy & available that day.

I needed the pill ASAP due to last minute plans, and I didn't have time to go through my doctor this time. I tried nurx, but they were taking days to even review my case, not to mention days to ship. I tried a walk-in clinic, but that didn't work either. I then tried Wisp as a last ditch effort to get it in time, and they sent a rx to my pharmacy within an hour or two! I was able to get my rx the next day with no problems at all. I want to give you guys more than 5 stars, you seriously rock!

Do not recommend, this seems like a dream but was a scam and a hassle. I ordered medication that I needed right away- the website promised delivery within three days but it took almost a week. When I reached out they told me it was waiting at the warehouse to be picked up but offered me to resolution otherwise. I added the OMG cream to my order and was excited to try it out but it actually does nothing. It is like water in a little bottle. You cannot call the company so I again reached out via email to express my concerns about the product only to be told they couldn’t help me because I already received it and send me on my way. This was an expensive item and the response was unacceptable from a customer service standpoint. Poor experience with this company overall.

Wisp is amazing all around! Super fast and friendly customer service, speedy filling at shipments of orders, knowledgeable staff. I tried Nurx and 2 months later of back and forth emailing and messaging and my order still can’t be filled or figured out! Not the case with Wisp!!! I’ve been a customer for almost 6 months with multiple orders and will continuously go back.

My order was supposed to take 3-5 business days for delivery, the products have not arrived yet, but according to tracking they will be delivered 10 business days after I placed my order. I thought this would be a convenient time saver, but I should've just gone to a doctor in town for fast, likely cheaper service and symptom relief.
