Horrible customer service! I placed my order and received a notification my order was on the way. At first I was very excited of how fast and easy everything was but then my package was never delivered. I contacted the post office and they weren’t helpful so I contacted Wisp and never heard back from anyone. I requested for a refund and a prescription sent over to my local pharmacy to pick but still no reply. I had to end up going to a walk-in clinic to get a prescription. UPDATE: After Wisp is quick to respond to a bad review telling me to contact customer service yet again (which I did), surprise! Still no response from customer service. As I mentioned don’t use them!

Absolutely delighted at how quickly I got my medication, and so relieved I didn't have to scheduling an in-person appointment anywhere to get it. Thanks!!

Signing up was fast and easy. I completed my health intake form and got to console with a NP. The nurse practitioner helped me on what birth control would best suit me for my lifestyle. I do not have insurance at the moment. Subscribing with $15 every three months, I pay $31 for three months worth of birth control from the pharmacy I chose without insurance while using the good RX card that They provided. I’m able to send a message at any point to the nurse practitioner with any questions I may have.

On the night of 4/13 provider responded quickly and ordered antibiotics. The following day I went to pick them up but the pharmacy said they never received the script. I reached out to customer service who responded saying they would follow up. After communicating with customer service for a few days, prescription ended up not being sent and available to pick up until midday 4/16. By the morning of 4/16 I was in a lot of pain and concerned about the infection getting worse, and worried I would have to wait a whole other day, so I saw another provider.

Seriously this is amazing! I got my prescription so fast and I felt like the doctors are listening to me and answering my questions. I’m so grateful that things like this exist now!

The process was super easy and quick. I was able to secure a prescription within 2 hours, which is amazing. The only thing that I would consider negative, though looking into this it may be on me, is that it was not clear that the price did not include the price of the medication (which could be exorbitant given your healthcare situation). Fortunately the pharmacy was able to remedy the cost with a coupon, but it was still much more than I expected. After the fact, I did see the note about additional cost, but I would consider it on the harder-to-find side and not obvious when purchasing.

I got my prescription the same day and I'm so relieved. The whole process was so quick and easy.
