Just a heads up that you are paying for the doctor to write a prescription for you only. You will either have to pay out of pocket for the actual medication or hopefully have your medication covered by your insurance. Total cost for the doctor consultation/prescription and medication was $66

The first provider submitted an order before listening to my full concerts on our communications. This led to a delay, an order refund and having to complete the questionnaire multiple times.

The site was very easy to use and the Doctor I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. So much quicker than urgent care especially if you know or are experiencing symptoms that you have had before and know what they are.

Wisp is a total rip off. I was willing to pay a premium price for convenience and speed as I had a minor cold sore outbreak in very long time. I was in panic mode and paid $76 for a 5 day supply of Valacyclovir (Valtrex) and it still took over 48 hours for them to even send to my pharmacy. I decided to order another 5 day supply for future outbreaks thinking it would be lower price if I just used their "free" delivery service and still cost me $70. I ordered this on 6/19 and won't be delivered until 6/27 - 8 DAYS. On a whim I decided to message my primary doctor for same reason - getting script for future outbreaks. He sent the script and was ready at my pharmacy within a couple hours - 30 day supply for $7.50!! Will never be using Wisp again.

At the first hint of a UTI, I placed an order and had medication in my hands within an hour! I was feeling better by the next morning. So grateful for the quick service and review of my symptoms. Highly recommend.
