I wish I could give 0 stars. From start to finish my treatment took about a month to be resolved with little to NO communication. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

So easy even a man can figure it out! In all seriousness, I was able to help my wife get access to health care very quickly and easily with Wisp. I highly recommend.

F this company can’t even contact a real person and they take your money without permission they also refused to delete my account you should be ashamed of yourself keeping our personal information after trying to steal from me I’ll tell everyone I know not to use you

Process was quick. Will definitely use and recommend this service again.

Horrible customer service. Had set up the auto- renewal and it would constantly text me that it wasn’t correct. Would have to answer questions about sexual health when the medicine is for nausea. Had went to renew it last month and it texted me so much to reply that it caused the system to deny my refill. I have found another service that charges less and it’s not a constant pain and annoyance. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Got what I needed, super easy, everything was done online, picked a product, filled out a questionnaire. Clinical team got back to me and ok’d my RX, it was sent to a local pharmacy instantly. So much faster than having to go and schedule and appointment with my primary care. Thank u wisp!

Very easy to get a prescription. I had an issue with my last name not matching and the customer service over email was excellent. Got my prescription within a day.
