No one will answer me — I sent a message two days ago (no response), and I placed a $70 order yesterday (no response). Horrible.

It is so easy. You can bypass the embarrasment and have your meds waiting at your pharmacy in a few hours.Their customer service is awesome and go above and beyond to rectify the situation if you ever do have a problem. I wish all uncomfortable things in my life could be solved so quick and easy.

Wisp made it sooo easy to find birth control, and it offers more things for female sexual health and wellness. Overall, 10/10 would recommend for anyone that doesn't have insurance if they want birth control!

I could feel the start of a UTI coming on so I tried to order some test strips and antibiotics. I was charged for both and then hours later I get a message telling me I have to send a picture of the positive test before I can get antibiotics. In theory, I understand this, but if it takes a day at each touch point, I can’t wait that long. Whenever I get a UTI, it is extremely painful and can reach my kidneys within hours. To the point where I’m not really able to go anywhere. Also, what is the point of charging me for the antibiotics if I’m potentially not even going to be able to get them? I had to go to the store instead to buy a test and used treatmyuti.com to get treatment. Wisp may be fine for other things but not for anything urgent like an UTI. Although, I did edit this review to add an additional star because they were really quick to give me a refund.
