Misleading!!! Took 3 days to process my prescription and still haven’t gotten my medication from my local pharmacy. Same day delivery is a scam. The amount charged was not disclosed that it doesn’t include cost of medication before that charge you. It made to look like your paying for the prescription but once they charge you comes the fine print saying it’s only for cost of consultation. Now am stuck between actually getting my prescription or leaving it 70$ out for no reason. Very frustrating

I wanted to pause my period for vacation and stumbled upon Wisp after a quick Google search. I found what I needed, had a quick chat with the doc, and picked up my script the next day. It was so reasonably priced, as well. I will definitely be back if I need anything!

Typically I don’t have issues but this time my prescription wasn’t fulfilled and the pharmacy did not communicate, nor Wisp, of any issues. I called for an update, the pharmacy explained not having the full quantity amount available so the pharmacy asked me to wait. I waited 5 days and the pharmacy don’t have the full quantity so they gave me partial of my subscription. Wisp never communicated any issues or updates and should specify estimates of any additional charges or issues with the prescriptions after paying with the platform.

I don't understand where all these negative experiences come from. I only have to pay $15/3 months without insurance, no doctor visits, and can pick up birth control the next day at my local pharmacy. So easy and convenient! Even signing up was easy. I even accidentally purchased the subscription 3 extra times because I didn't understand how to use the site at first and wisp was so quick in getting back to me and reversing those extra charges. No complaints here. I'm just glad I can skip them uncomfortable gynecologist appointments.

Wisp was quick and easy. I had my meds sent to the pharmacy in minutes. This company is a life saver and has gotten me through some difficult moments. I would recommend it to everyone!

I just received the following update about my package, stating that Visp failed to pay the postage on my order and that my package is now becoming propriety of the USPS. I paid $5 for shipping, plus the cost of the item, only to now receive nothing and lose over $105. delivery of the package,. This company is a scam! They stole my money! What disgusting and unethical business practices.
