You advertise same day pickup yet no one has answered the video consultation and I couldn’t schedule an appointment because my state isn’t listed. The response team takes over 24 hours to contact you when there is an issue. I’d rate this less than one star if I could.

The service is incredibly fast, easy, and convenient! I am a law student with classes everyday and making my way to the doctor is very inconvenient and sometimes not even possible. Being able to order online when it’s as simple as a UTI is incredible. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone !

No trying to make appointments or sitting in waiting rooms. No use of PTO for 'girlie' issues. I love my OB-GYN but not always available and this is quick and less expensive than seeing doc for some things.
