I dont know whats happening? pharmacy say waiting on my doctor, what does that mean? I thought this was going to be an easy process?

Company takes way too long to respond to a prescription request. Website says within a hour. Reviews of receiving a response within a few hours is a lie. Messages go unanswered. No way to call customer service. It goes to voicemail.

I wasn't feeling well I couldn't get into Drs office.a friend told me about wisp ..logged on gave history and symptoms.within an hour Dr reviewed and sent medicine to pharmacy .. It was cheaper than going to urgent care.

There’s been a bug going around at my work and I wanted to jump the gun and get nausea medicine before I felt sick and I was able to do that with wisp without explaining to the dr who wouldn’t of given it to me unless I had symptoms.

Easy, fast and incredibly helpful. Highly recommended 👌.
