They say your request for meds will be reviewed within 24 hours— they did not clarify this meant business hours. If you are looking for a convenient place to get meds on a weekend, this is not it (if you’re signing up for the first time).

I recently relocated and needed treatment quickly. After doing some research, I decided to give Wisp a try and they did not let me down. I loved every part of the experience, from the initial symptom assessment to having a doctor personally reach out to confirm that the medication I chose was right for me. There were no issues once my prescription was sent to the pharmacy. Although I paid a small co-payment since my insurance wasn’t accepted, that was perfectly fine with me. I’m truly grateful for Wisp and the excellent care they provided.

UTI Day 4 of chewing cranberry tablets and my pain it excruciating...I go on to TT for any kind of self help... immediately Wisp pops up as an infomercial. I jump head first into logging on, signing up and answering questions. Medication received. Can't thank this company enough!

Terrible company. The fee does not cover the cost of the meds. When I called to cancel my subscription I was told I would get a refund within 24 hours and It never came.

Wouldn’t help me

Wisp always takes care of me! I’ve used them since they basically became a “thing” and have grown into this tremendous resource for women. I am so honored to be Wisp user and to have control over my PCOS.

It was a quick and easy process and my prescription was there and ready the next day for pick up

Worst service EVER. I ordered on Monday, it's now Wednesday, still not processed. Apparently they chose not to process my order and rather than notify me then just let my order sit there and decided to lie when I asked yesterday saying the providers were busy with a "high volume."
