Prescription wasn’t filled. Still waiting for reply from email providing details.

Don’t expect ANY ASSISTANCE if you need it. I gave 2 stars because when I ordered mail prescription I had no problems. However on Thursday night I requested the script be sent to my pharmacy because I wanted my meds quicker. Then next morning CVS says they are waiting to speak to the provider. I promptly sent a message to Wisp asking them to call, by noon someone responded sure we’ll call. No one did. Sent another message that night. Basically repeat this charade several more times. It’s been 3 days- no one has spoken to my pharmacy- and they won’t issue a refund. I don’t know what is so difficult about my request but they are playing games. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Great care from knowledgeable, caring physicians. And I almost forgot to mention, the very important fact of how easy it was to access health care at an affordable price.

This website is sent from the goddess herself. I’ve needed treatment for BV and yeast infections on separate occasions and each time has been a BREEZE. Ordered and within the hour my prescription has been ready to pick up same day. When I have these types of issues getting drs apt, going to the dr, peeing in a cup/swabbing, waiting for the results, all while I’m uncomfortable and SMELL and simultaneously feeling looked down on and being treated as if I don’t know my own body? has been a dehumanizing experience. This site has made treating my conditions so much easier. I’m paying for the treatment either way, might as well skip the wait and frustration an office offers and get straight to rectifying the situation! I’m straight up a real person - and highly highly recommend wisp. I’ve told every woman in my life about this site!

This medication caused my whole face to have bumps all over it. The acne texture is unlike my skin. I hope this side effect goes away now that I have started my period one day after stopping this medication.
