I ordered an emergency contraceptive along with nausea medication that was suggested for use with the emergency contraceptive, and once it was approved and sent to the pharmacy, I went to the pharmacy and they do not carry that brand by the time it would have arrived it was already out of the five day after unprotected sex. I asked for it to be canceled, but only the Ella was canceled and now they’re refusing to give me a refund for the nausea medication that I only bought because I needed it along with the emergency contraceptive .never again.

Been a week and still cant pick up my prescription, price on the website if completely false and it takes way to long to communicate back and forth

Terrible experience with this company! What they said would be done in a few hours took five days… Complete nightmare to deal with. Had to upload documents more than 10x - and then they still messed things up charged my credit card from something I didn't order and didn't want and then refused to refund the money ... told me it was "their policy" .... literally the worst thing you can ever say to a customer. You'll notice that in the last five years reputable companies have remove the word "policy" from their company languaging all together. More than 30 emails back and forth with arrogant, unhelpful staff and finally had to report the company to government regulator because they refused to budge. 5 days of wasting time only to be ripped off!

Absolutely amazing. Seamless, easy, and discreet packaging. Will definitely be ordering from Wisp again.
