I woke up with the pain and discomfort of a UTI. I didn’t have time to get to an urgent care with the busyness of work and children. It took maybe 10 minutes on the website to address my needs. The Rx was at my pharmacy in less than 2 hours. The pricing is beyond reasonable (cheaper than a doctor’s visit!). I will return to Wisp in the future and recommend other women to do the same!

I love the convenience of using this service, the delivery is fairly quick and overall easy. The biggest issue I have is that my state requires a video consult for every refill. It directs you to make an appointment, but there is only one provider in my state and there are never any appointments available, no matter when I check. They tell you that you have to log on and wait in the waiting room until the provider is available, but that takes forever and I don't have the ability to sit online just waiting. It's unfortunate, but I think they need to hire more providers to make this work.
