WHATEVER YOU DO PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW FIRST…. I paid they said based on your symptoms is not approved, so why take my money and not send the medication to the pharmacy. This site is all lies tell them your symptoms for medication that I’ve taken before do not waste your time it’s horrible just do a televisit with Kelsey seybold and yes I have insurance just needed something really quick now y’all basically stole my money and no script…. SCAM

Easy process, very fast service, great communication. I got my prescription in one day.

As an uninsured woman, I need a trustworthy source to get the medical help I need. I know when something is off in my body and they work with me to make sure i am prescribed the right medication to take care of any issues. They've been extremely responsive, give great information and you can tell they really want the best for you and your health.

I have used Wisp both for UTI treatment and for HRT. My PCP is typically booked out 6-8wks to get in for an appt, and she is still learning about HRT/in process of learning more. So in the case of a run of the mill UTI, Wisp gets you set up with a Rx quickly to feel less miserable asap. With the HRT with Wisp, I appreciate that they really wanted to know the details of my history and symptoms, and that I was covered with all aspects- from topical estrogen cream to systemic estrogen/progesterone as well. It was a quick, smooth process, and when I had questions they responded to me quickly! Then for the next 90 days of starting HRT, Wisp is there if any issues/concerns pop up, or if adjustments need to be made which is great! I still have my PCP, but it is great to have Wisp in addition for issues my PCP is not as savvy with, or for things that need rapid attention sooner than I can see my PCP.

Quick, easy. Insurance applied as well. So glad I tried this route!

It was fine to use, pretty expensive, but I tried it anyway just because I didn’t feel like going to the doctor, but the app said it was connecting me to a doctor in my state and when I went to pick my prescription up, the pharmacy could not use my insurance because the prescription had come from a doctor across the country not a doctor in my state so I wound up having to pay the wisp fee and pay out-of-pocket for the whole prescription which was also only half of the medication I have gotten in the past from my regular doctor when I have went for the same issue and I don’t think it cleared it up. Won’t be using this company again. *editing since my review was replied to. Yes, I clearly stated that I was told I was being connected with a provider *in my state* which wouldn’t have been an issue. But I was not and it cost me extra fees due to that. It’s fine, it is done, lesson learned.
