I was a bit hesitant about joining, but trying it for a year. So far everything about signing up was good, still awaiting my travel dates to see what happens.

As someone who travels a lot, to subscribe to a service that would allow me access to a lounge in an airport if there was a delay in my flight seemed like a no brainer. I have just registered my next few flights and although I am not hoping for a delay, it would be ok now with hellovacay.com!

This is my first delay where there was a Vacay Delay option. I thought I would get a text but I got an email so check both places. I was absolutely thrilled to turn my disappointing delay into a delightful break. (Ok VD, I can join your marketing team lol!). I had a voucher I used at a spa and had a choice of several services . They were pleasant and the process was easy. Way better than roaming around the airport!

We haven’t been able to use the lounges yet; but they’ve been on top of every flight we’ve taken.

I recently experienced an international flight delay from Seoul, Korea to Los Angeles. I wanted to express my sincere gratitude to hello vacay, I was able to receive an airport lounge voucher not only for myself but also for my mom and sister (as they were traveling with me) via email promptly after notification of delay. The lounge made my extended wait much more comfortable and enjoyable. The meal food selection and drinks (alcohol included) were delicious. Thanks to this simple sign up, my delay was significantly less stressful and I got to enjoy it with my mom and sis. So worth it.
