It worked really nice. Following our flight delay we received vouchers for the whole family.

Out of the 6 flights I have taken since joining HelloVacay's Vacay Delay program, only 1 was delayed by 3 hours. However, it was a red-eye and by the time we were delayed by 60+ minutes, we were already boarded on the plane and the lounge was already closed for the evening. BUT, I received my lounge passes via email not later than 5 minutes past the 60 minute mark. I only wish we could have enjoyed the lounge during our 3 hour delay instead of in our plane seats.

As smooth as silk so far. 2 flights and both delayed for 60+ minutes so I got the vouchers for me and my daughter who was travelling with me.

Great service for the travellers. My brother has got 2 delays and received the vouchers straight away.

I'm looking forward to our trip and I'm sure Hello Vacay will make it easy for all those unexpected delays.

Lounge passes sent as promised! Unfortunately we were not able to use them since our flight was to begin boarding soon after receiving the passes.

About two weeks after signing up, I had the opportunity to try the service. As soon as my flight hit 60 minutes delayed, an email with the vouchers was sent to me. We had about four lounges/spa/gaming to choose from. Since I was traveling with my 9 year old daughter, we chose DFW Lounge for the snacks and drinks. While the lounge itself was crowded and needed some upgrades, (not Hello Vacays fault) my daughter enjoyed the snacks and chance to relax a little.
