Thank you for this insurance, we used it when our flight was delayed. I could also take my fellow travelers with me. The insurance is very worthwhile if your flight is delayed because you can enjoy this time in the lounge where you can eat and drink as much as you want for free. I highly recommend Hello Vacay insurance. Honestly, we were even happy that our flight was delayed because we could use the Vienna airport lounge for free which is of a high standard. I thought it was too good to be true, until I had the chance to use it. We had a 3 hour delayed flight in Houston. They sent me my email 15 mins after the first hour of the delay. We used it at one of the listed restaurants. It was quick and easy.

I wasn’t sure if this was just another scam and even though we haven’t had a chance to test it out, the service with emails has been great so far:-)

Good customer service and easy to use. haven’t had a chance to experience a delay yet but it’s nice to know that we can hang out in a comfortable and safe space if we need to.
