Hi Mary! VacayDelay provides lounge vouchers during flight delays of at least an hour. Your flight out of Miami was registered yesterday, but no lounge voucher was issued because the flight did not experience a qualifying delay. We are very sorry for the frustration experienced during your layover, and we thank you for being a VacayDelay member.

We're sorry to hear that, Philip! While we have about 1300 lounge locations worldwide, not every airport has one. We encourage you to register your flights from other airports, such as your return flights back to RSW, so we can issue lounge access in the event of a delay.
