My Jet blue flight from Mexico to JFK…
My Jet blue flight from Mexico to JFK was delayed 1 hour and I never received my automatic email with my coupon for lounge use. This seems like a sham.

Hi Nigel! We are so sorry to hear that you were delayed and did not receive your airport lounge voucher. We depend on airline flight data, and are not seeing a delay posted in our system. Stupid marketing
It was irrelevant as our flights were not delayed enough to use HelloVacay. I regard it as a form of insurance. You don’t really want to have to use it. I sure hope it works when I need it. I’m amazed to be asked how was the service when I did not use it. Stupid marketing.

My first experience with using this…
My first experience with using this service was not good ! I experienced a flight delay Sept 8th ,However it wouldn’t allow me to obtain a lounge pass because it stated the date was prior to the date in hellovacay system which was the 9thSeptember . This of course is going to be a problem because I fly international all the time and of course there’s gonna be a time difference even in the states .

Hi Kim! Thank you for your candid feedback. The error that you saw was not a result of the flight being international. We are currently working to implement an update to solve for error that you referenced, which occurs for some same-day registrations. While the site update is being implemented, we encourage you to register your flight prior to 5pm PDT on the day of travel. If you ever need support, we're here to help at [email protected].

I was too hasty to join without…
I was too hasty to join without checking the fine print. Not realising that lounge access is only provided when there is a flight delay. Given this condition, I doubt that I will benefit from this subscription.

Your feedback helps us know that we need to take a look at the description to be sure that expectations are aligned. VacayDelay helps to support travelers by issuing lounge vouchers when they are delayed by at least an hour. While we do not wish any flight delays on you, we'll be there for you if one occurs!

Can't use the lounge on long layers…
Can't use the lounge on long layers like they say you could when you signed. Totally waste if time

We do our best to describe it clearly and be very transparent, and have never provided lounge vouchers for long layovers. Your feedback is valuable in allowing us to go back and take a look at our marketing to ensure that expectations are aligned. We encourage you to register each of your flights with us, and anytime one is delayed by an hour or more, we will email you a lounge voucher.

Disappointed
Sent in cancellation request as soon as I signed up and realized that the domestic clubs are extremely limited. No word from customer service...

Not what l wanted
Not what l wanted. I need something for long layover not just delays.

I have tried to add flights for 2…
I have tried to add flights for 2 upcoming trips and it won't do it. Says flight not found. I tried 4 different flights and nothing. I have called, voice mail full. I have emailed 2 times and no one to call or help me. Awful Customer Service. App is worthless right now and will consider a refund if someone doesn't contact me soon.

Hi Patsy! Thank you for the very candid feedback. We encountered a capacity error with our voicemail system over the holiday weekend, and it has since been resolved. We hope that the assistance we provided to today was helpful. The IATA airline codes are not always very intuitive, and entering Southwest flights with "WN" code will allow the flights to be found. We strive to learn from the feedback that we receive from our valuable members -- thank you for being a part of VacayDelay.
