My experience with Tomo was exceptional. This was my first time purchasing a home, and Stan, Omar, & team helped me with every step of the process. They spent the time to explain things that were confusing, and answered all of my texts and phone calls promptly. They were also very transparent with the payment structure, which I appreciated as a first time buyer. Also, even though I gave them a quick deadline, they were able to finish the entire process with ease. I would recommend any and all individuals to use Tomo as their lender! Ask for Stan, he’s great!

The staff were quicker to respond, more helpful, with a superior service and lower total costs than most of the options we looked at. Also, Tomo quoted a 23 day close time frame and actually delivered an 18 day close time. We were not in the title company for very long after requesting the loan wire. I would recommend Tomo as your first choice for a mortgage.
