I have been waiting since the beginning of JULY for any kind of response and received NOTHING! I have had the guys come out to look and service my machine, they have sent them a quote, and yet I have still received NOTHING! Quite honestly thinking they are waiting until my warranty runs out so they can say "oh sorry, its out we can't do anything" NOW my house is at 84 degrees and can't seem to cool It will be August tomorrow and yet they have done NOTHING to remedy a situation that should have already been fixed. I will be finding out how to make sure other people do NOT use Super Home Warranty - I already steered my mother away from them and she just closed on a house.

I wish I could go lower than 0 I wouldn’t purchase this coverage for an enemy. The Washer & Dryer contractor damaged my unit and then Super Denied my claims telling us we tampered with the unit. 1st tech $75 - (tech damaged the unit during inspection) - diagnosis: washer needs a new sensor (orders sensor) 2nd tech $75 - it’s not the sensor the motor is bad (orders new motor) 3rd tech $75 - it’s not the sensor or motor the clutch is bad (orders new clutch) 30 days later - $525 out of pocket & my Samsung washer purchased in 02/2021 still is not working. Per Super it’s going to be another 7 days before they can get someone out but the good news is they will not charge me any additional labor fees for repairs) 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 I absolutely HATE this company now.

2 years with Super, horrendous experience overall. They’ll find any loophole possible not to cover a claim. I specifically had a hot water heater claim where they sent 1 electrician and 3 plumbers out, over the course of 2 months while I had no hot water in the winter then determined that my claim was void because I tried to fix the water heater 1 month in by myself.

If I could give them 0, I would. Worst Company ever. My claim was handle after three phone calls, it took forever and a poor service. Technician did not do a report at first, after my 3rd call they send some else to check the microwave again, and guess what 3 weeks later stopped functioning again. I cancelled my policy. They got paid at front over $600 but when it came time that I need them, didn’t resolved my problem. I’m leaving without microwave. Find another Company for you House.

As a first time homeowner I was scared of unforeseen repair bills so super made sense. That was until I had to claim through them. Every single claim was denied using bogus reasons. And they charge you every time to claim and every time you challenge them on the outcome. For example: My cooker broke, I paid $75 for someone to come take a look (all they did was come in and take a photo), then 2 weeks later Super told me that there is no evidence it broke on its own and went as far as to say I'm at fault for the breakdown. I challenged that and I had to pay $75 again for the same routine. Second time they told me there was a manufacturer defect that they wouldn't cover. Then they told me it would be $600 out of pocket to repair. I called the manufacturer and they said they would do it for $200. It's a scam, stay away.

It has been over two weeks we have been without a fridge. I contacted the home warranty company immediately upon noticing there was a problem. Their contracted appliance company came out four times to troubleshoot and work on it. They showed me themselves that the GE part is no longer available and we agreed that my 20+ year old refrigerator needs replacement. As it’s been warm now for over two weeks, still constantly leaking water despite cleaning, it rusted in the ceiling and has obvious large mold growing inside in multiple areas. Hello Super refuses to pay out our claim and instead decided to continue to try to order more parts on their own. I emailed them photos of the mounting problems, letting them know we have school-age kids and need a fridge, and in response they called me on the phone and told me to clean it. We are now waiting on some additional part they dug up from a mystery source and we don’t even know if that would fix the problem or if it’s a new and/or authentic part. This is a very disappointing experience. I have been their customer since 2020. Choose another company. This one is not reasonable and doesn’t care about their customers.

Do not use them. They send out unqualified people who don't even attempt to work on it. You will still be charged
