Total scam company. Service is terrible. Will not honor contracts. No resolution process. Stay far away from these people.

Disgusting. Had Pool leak. Super’s Pool Fix It company, Clear Pool Solutions, said my problem underground and not covered. BOTH SUPER AND CLEAR POOL TOLD ME TO HIRE A LEAK DETECT COMPANY. I did AT THEIR DIRECTION. Spent $1140. Found out my leak was a valve WAS ACTUALLY COVERED BY SUPER and Clear Pool came back and fixed, SUPER WILL NOT REIMBURSE NE FOR THE $1140 I spent tracking down an incorrect leak.

Again, if I can give a negative star, I will give 9 negative stars. I never see a company like Super Home Warranty and its hiring service company ServiceBasix LLC to be so unprofessional and absurd in my whole life. Twice they failed to fulfill their contractual obligations with the same fake story--only the second one is worse than the first one. They sent me a scheduled appointment at 1:00pm-5:00pm on11/6/2023. I waited at home for the technician's visit during the appointed times. I called back 844-997-8737 at 3:30pm, and they confirmed the appointment again. No one ever visited. I call Super at 5:01pm again and was told that I had called ServiceBasix LLC to cancel the appointment. I told the agent that this was not true, and outrightly lie. Then, Super scheduled another appointment at 8:00am-12:00pm (noon) on 11/8/2023. I waited since 8:00am on 11/8/2023. By 10:51am, I grew concerns that this appointment is another fake one and called Super at 844-997-8737. First, I was told by the agent that the technician had visited and completed the job, and I told her that this was not true: no one ever visited, and I had waited for the whole morning. Then, after she alleged talked with the technician, the story changed back to the fake 11/6/2023 story: the homeowner had called to cancel the appointment. I told her again that this is outright lie; I never called to cancel the appointment; I have waited for the visit for the whole. She proposed a new scheduled appoint: 1:00pm-3:00pm on Monday, 11/13/2023. I had never know any company in the world to conduct itself as Super Home Warranty and ServiceBasix LLC did on 11/6/2023 and 1//8/2023. Twice failures to fulfill their contractual obligations and twice told the same fake story!!!!!!

The worst home warranty company that exists. There is never a live person you can talk too. Attempting to get anything done with this home warranty is beyond absurd. Horrible customer service. Response time also is more than 48 hours. They are quick to charge. They have a $50 administrative fee for cancelling subscription, which is unnecessary when they are not keeping their end of the bargain. Never again! I would never recommend this home warranty company to anyone. If you are looking for a home warranty please look elsewhere. AHS, Select, Choice any other home warranty except this one.

Scammers. They refuse to finish a job they started. Promise to call me back and don’t. Promise to schedule a service appointment and don’t. Buy your warranty anywhere else.

If I can give them a zero star I will. I have four houses and bought the service with them for more than 4 years for each house. When it came to submit the claim for one of my house water heater, and AC, they said we have to pay out of our pocket and they only cover up to $200. Are you kidding me? take your business else where and stay away from this awful company. Their technician never show up on time and never give us a call if they can't make it, but the $75 deductible already charge as soon as you submit the claim. Go with CHOICE how warranty,, they are cheaper and deductible is only $65 per claim.

Today I have to say, it's a bummer. Not available on the weekend. Phone number they provide as emergency doesn't answer. We're at 111 degrees in Texas today and one of the 2 AC units doesn't work. I think I'll reconsider the renewal that just went through.

Very unhappy with service, I did not sign up with them, I was transferred from homeserv without any say. Worst experience ever.
