We have had a number of claims with Super, covering our hot water heater, pool pump and air conditioner. We always take advantage of their pre-season tune-up on our HVAC system. We’ve had the same HVAC company come service our equipment multiple times and they are always able to get it back up and running. Super has been easy to work with and typically gets the scheduling done in a timely manner. We’ve been with Super for 5 years and have been happy with our services.

I have been a customer of Super in the Chicago area for 5 years and I have had nothing but great experiences. Even though I am a handyman at heart, with a fulltime job I appreciate the fact that Super coordinates a repairperson with three time slots to pick from in order to have problems fixed. The app they provide is modern & intuitive, pricing is straight forward, and the customer service team has always been friendly. I always tell my friends and family not to look elsewhere.
