Do nit use Super Home Warranty or American Home Shield
My water heater has been out since last Thursday.Thebplumber submitted paperwirk stating it was leaking and needed to be switched out after 4 hours of trying to call customer service getting hung up on twice ,they state my out of pocket will be $900. The policy states they cover up to $1500 for a new water heater. Super Home Warranty will only cover $300 of the $1200 charge they state thet do not cover take away, install ,on water heaters under warranty, or Modifications.I infirmed then the policy does not state this, and the Sales Rep told me they covered Modifications The basically lied rmto me when I bought my The policy The case Manager stated I could purchase an upgrade plan for more money but would have to wait anither 30 days I told them then you will deny for a pre existing issue I said so you would like me to be without Hot water for another 30 days.her response was well if you agree to the out if picket $900 charge you can get a new water heater .Do not use Super Home warranty or American Home Shield .They did the same thing to me a year ago over my garage door Both of these Company's Lie and have horrible Customer service. They do not want to pay what the policy says they will pay. Both of these Company's hassle you ,when you put in a request

We sincerely apologize for the frustration and delays experienced so far, and acknowledge that the outcome is not perhaps one that is desired, but we sincerely hope this helps to clarify. Per the terms & conditions modifications, permits, code requirements, and equipment disposal require a separate coverage addon, which is not included in your current plan. Our goal is to ensure clarity and transparency in our interactions. We have reached out to the Servicer Provider asking for updates and availability for the install of the water heater. Again, we want to apologize for the frustration experienced
