Very efficient great service

I opened a ticket on the holiday weekend, and a tech was at my house the following Tuesday. I should have liked him to have been there sooner, but with the holiday and all, and this was just a non-functional garbage disposal it was fine. When the tech arrived, he determined the item needed to be replaced and had the new unit in in under 15 minutes. My co-pay was less than the price of a new unit, so that was great.

I recently had issues with my heat pump and Super sent out an awesome HVAC rep who was able to diagnose my issue and order parts the very same day. My problem was solved a few days later. I’ve been with Super for 5 years now and they seem to save me hundreds if not thousands of dollars per year.

The tech was very professional, had good communication and seemed to be very knowledgeable.

I was skeptical about home warranties but so far our experience with Super has been good. The policy came with free re-keying for our new home, and we've had one appliance repair so far which they took care of without too much fuss. If they continue on this course, we'll probably renew.

I was immediately supported, super has an efficient service portal that allowed me to schedule service date, and they take it from there, ease the pressure and the stress. The service provider that was sent out was efficient and completed the task in record timing. I am definitely thankful for Super!
