Excellent experience with Puls and technician Rafael!
Dealing with Puls was very easy and convenient, and I could get an appointment quicker than some of the other services. The technician they dispatched, Rafael, was outstanding. He quickly diagnosed the problem and came back the same day with the part to repair it. Throughout, he was courteous, efficient, and professional, even making extra sure he cleaned up after the job.
